7/24 Joshua Tree National Park, CA

This is a strange desert! It's unique because two different deserts meet at a particular point and combine qualities.

On my way to Joshua Tree... just outside Palm Springs, a city that is run on wind energy.

The park had many rocks and boulders that seem to appear out of nowhere. They were the result of volcanic activity... where soil and rocks were forced to the surface.

This is a place that does not sound appealing.

Joshua trees look like something that came from the imagination of Dr. Suess.

These trees look like they're dancing.
